First Class Travel Secrets – Terms & Conditions

“If you bought the product on or after September 13, 2025 via the Live Travel Secrets Workshop or the replay of this workshop”

If you are not satisfied with First Class Travel Secrets, and if you bought the product on or after September 13, 2025 via the Live Travel Secrets Workshop or the replay of this workshop, please contact [email protected] within 90 days from the date of purchase of First Class Travel Secrets, regardless of which payment plan you choose.

You’ll receive a short refund request form where you can share:

    • The progress you’ve made in the course
    • Which trips you planned/are planning, and how many points were required
    • The cards you applied for/used
    • The timeframe you gave yourself to collect the points

If you’ve gotten at least one of the key cards we recommend, earned points to fund your trip, and followed the system by completing at least 80% of the program and implementing it, but still didn’t see a savings benefit compared to booking at the regular price, we’ll issue a full refund.

If an upcoming split-payment intent fails, no refund for the first payment shall be given. We are unable to delay or cancel upcoming payments under any circumstances. The 90-day refund guarantee applies from the first day of your first split payment.

Please note: Refunds cannot be given for reasons unrelated to course performance, such as:

  • Deciding you don’t want to open a new card.
  • Skipping the credit score lessons in Module 1 to improve your credit score, and requesting a refund due to a current low credit score.
  • Only giving yourself a short window (ex: 1 month) to fund a specific trip with points.
  • Your preferred flights for a trip being unavailable for your preferred travel dates. 
  • Buying the program to review the material with no intention of implementing.
  • Changing or canceling your upcoming travel plans. 
  • Requesting a refund due to the material being too basic without completing the more advanced modules (Module 6 – The 7-Step Points Plan, Module 7–9 – Redemption & Transfer Strategies, Bonus Modules) and applying these learnings.

Please note that the refund policy for the First Class Travel Secrets depends upon the date the program was purchased, according to specific sale campaigns. If, after meeting the eligibility requirements and reaching out within 90 days of your purchase, you still find that the program isn’t the right fit for you, we’re happy to honor our guarantee and issue a full refund.
