Is there an online community like Discord?

• No, it’s not mandatory to join Erika Kullberg Insiders to complete the Challenge, but it will help to keep you accountable, and you can use the community and Group Experts for advice and support along your journey.

How do I enter the $1,000 giveaway?

• Erika will share a form in the Day 5 email for you to input each code and participate in the giveaway. In the meantime, please keep a record of each day's code. 

Do the videos have closed captions?

• Yes, all the videos have closed captions. To turn them on, please click CC in the bottom right-hand side of the screen. 

Can I still join Erika Kullberg Insiders if I don't use Facebook?

• The Facebook Group is just one aspect of the Erika Kullberg Insiders community.
